    The iron ore crusher is equipped with two crushing rollers, and the roller surface adopts a welding roller surface and a hard alloy column nail roller surface.

    The iron ore crusher relies on two relatively medium speed rotating crushing rollers and utilizes the principle of inertial dynamics to generate high extrusion pressure. After the material passes through the distribution device and enters the gap between the two rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), it is compressed and sheared, causing a change in the material mechanism. The internal crystal structure of the material is completely destroyed, and it is crushed to the desired particle size. Finally, it falls from the gap between the two rollers and is discharged through the discharge port.
